ApProach
I am incredibly privileged to be able to sit with individuals and share a space with the emotions, experiences, and struggles that come up in a session.
I like to create an enjoyable, safe, calm and playful therapy environment for children and adolescents incorporating talk, the arts, play therapy, sand-tray, bibliotherapy, and games.
My goal is to make sure that individuals feel worthy, seen, and safe with whatever comes up in session.
